NCT ID NCT04993781
Summary
This study tested a digital health program designed to prevent falls in adults aged 65 and older. Doctors used a computer tool during annual wellness visits to create personalized exercise plans for patients identified as being at risk for falls. Patients could then follow their plan using printed instructions, a website, or a mobile app at home.
