Summary
This study compares a new electromagnetic navigation system to standard CT scans for guiding surgeons to small lung nodules during operations. About 400 adults with single lung nodules up to 2 cm will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods. The goal is to see which approach helps surgeons find and remove the nodule more accurately.
