Summary

This study aims to find out how common and what types of electrolyte imbalances occur in infants and young children who are hospitalized with stomach or intestinal diseases. Researchers will observe 150 children, aged one month to four years, who are admitted with these conditions. The study does not test a treatment; it only gathers information to better understand these health issues.
