Zapping tumors to boost immune attack against melanoma
NCT ID NCT06388252
Summary
This study aims to understand how a local treatment called electrochemotherapy changes the area around melanoma skin tumors. Researchers will study tissue samples from about 10-15 patients before and after treatment to see if it makes the tumors more visible to the immune system. The goal is to learn if this change could help the body's own defenses or other immunotherapies work better against the cancer.
