Zap your migraines? new study tests ear stimulation for dizziness

NCT ID NCT07368140

Summary

This study is testing whether gentle electrical stimulation behind the ears can help people with vestibular migraine, a condition that causes repeated dizziness, imbalance, and headaches. Fifty adults will receive either real or placebo stimulation over six sessions in two weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and comfortable, and whether it might reduce symptoms to inform a larger future trial.
