Summary

This study is testing if adding gentle electrical stimulation to standard swallowing exercises helps people who have trouble swallowing after a recent stroke. It will compare different types of stimulation to see which one best improves swallowing safety and muscle function. The goal is to find a better way to help patients eat and drink without choking, which is a common and serious problem after a stroke.
