Zap the pain? new patch tested for spinal injury sufferers

Summary
This study is testing whether a special electrical skin patch can safely reduce chronic nerve pain in people with spinal cord injuries. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real patch or a placebo patch for two weeks, while continuing their standard pain treatments. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels and quality of life to see if this new approach helps.
