Summary
This study tested whether electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) helps climbers recover from forearm fatigue better than just resting. Ten male climbers did a climbing workout, then received either EMS or passive rest. Researchers measured how many moves they could complete afterward. The goal is to find better recovery strategies for climbers.
