Summary
This study tested a combined program of health education, cognitive training, and traditional Chinese exercises in 235 older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in a rural community. The goal was to see if this approach could help maintain or improve thinking skills and overall well-being. Participants were aged 60 or older with chronic health conditions and early memory issues.
