Cast or knife? study tests best fix for elderly elbow breaks

Summary
This study looks at the best way to treat a specific type of broken elbow in people over 65 who are not very active. Half of the 84 participants will have surgery, and the other half will wear a cast. The goal is to see which treatment leads to better elbow function, less pain, and improved quality of life.
