French doctors test gentle anchor fixation for Kids' broken elbows
NCT ID NCT07342959
Summary
This French study is testing a new surgical technique for fixing broken elbows in children under 15. Instead of using traditional screws or pins, surgeons are trying special anchors with sutures that may cause less damage to small bone fragments and don't need to be removed later. The study will track how well 9 children recover using standard elbow function scores.
