First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding elastic band exercises to a standard warm-up can improve sprinting and jumping in highly trained female football players. Twenty-two players will try three different warm-up routines on separate days, and their performance will be measured right after and 10 minutes later. The goal is to find a better way to prepare for games or training.
