This study looks at whether a short warm-up using elastic bands can improve how high female volleyball players jump after they have rested. Thirty highly trained players will try both a standard rest and an elastic band routine to see which leads to better jump performance. The goal is to find a simple way to keep explosive power during breaks in a game.
