Summary
This study looked at 108 men with enlarged prostate to find out what factors help preserve ejaculation after a special type of prostate surgery (ejaculation-sparing TURP). The goal was to improve both urination and sexual function. Researchers measured ejaculation and bladder emptying three months after surgery.
