Summary
This study looked at 108 men with enlarged prostates who had a special type of surgery designed to keep ejaculation working normally. The goal was to find out which factors help the surgery succeed in both improving urination and preserving ejaculation. Results were checked three months after surgery using a questionnaire and ultrasound.
