Blood test may spot hidden cancer months before scans
NCT ID NCT07478705
First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether a blood test (liquid biopsy) can find signs of cancer returning in people treated for triple-negative breast cancer. Thirty participants will either get standard follow-up or standard follow-up plus regular blood tests. If the blood test shows cancer DNA, doctors will do extra scans. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and could lead to earlier treatment and better outcomes.
