First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether getting genetic counseling for cancer risk online works as well as meeting with a counselor in person. About 1000 adults who are at risk for hereditary cancer will take part. They will either use a self-guided website or have traditional counseling to see if the online method is just as good at helping people understand their risk and make decisions.
