Summary

This study looks at whether eating more eggs during pregnancy can improve a baby's brain development. Pregnant women between 12-20 weeks will be split into two groups: one that eats 10-14 eggs per week and another that follows a healthy diet. Researchers will measure the baby's heart rate before birth and brain activity after birth to see if the extra nutrients from eggs make a difference.
