First seen May 06, 2026 ยท Last updated May 06, 2026

Summary

This study looked at how eating egg whites, egg yolks, or whole eggs every day for four weeks changes HDL (good cholesterol) and immune cell profiles in younger (18-30) and older (50-75) adults. Participants also had egg-free periods and provided blood samples. The goal was to see if different egg parts affect these markers differently across age groups.
