New bladder injection trial offers hope for spinal injury patients

NCT ID NCT06596291

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a new drug called EG110A, given as injections into the bladder wall, for adults with spinal cord injuries who experience frequent urine leaks. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and to find the right dose. Researchers will also check if it helps reduce the number of daily leaks and improves bladder function over a year.
