Summary
This study tested whether a technique called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which involves tapping on specific points on the body, could help students manage anxiety before exams. Researchers compared EFT to simple breathing exercises in 62 Somali students. The goal was to see if EFT could lower anxiety levels and improve how students cope with stress.
