Summary

This study looks at whether the amount of effort you put into strength training can improve blood sugar control and mental health in people with type 2 diabetes. About 48 adults with type 2 diabetes will do resistance exercises at different effort levels. Researchers will track blood sugar, how well people stick with the program, and why some drop out.
