Summary

This study tested a device called Efferon CT that filters the blood to remove extra immune proteins (cytokines) that drive psoriasis. Sixty adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis received this treatment alongside their usual therapy. The goal was to see if filtering the blood could improve skin symptoms and quality of life, and to check for side effects.
