Summary
This study looked at how a single dose of the cancer drug Selpercatinib (LOXO-292) affects the heart's electrical activity in 32 healthy adults. Participants took the drug, a placebo, or a positive control in random order, and had their heart rhythm measured by ECG. The goal was to see if the drug changes the QT interval, a measure of heart electrical recovery. No treatment benefit was expected or provided.
