Summary

This study looked at how the antifungal drug itraconazole changes the levels of the lung cancer drug AZD9291 in the body. It involved 39 adults with advanced EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer whose disease had worsened after previous treatments. The goal was to understand the drug interaction, not to test a cure or symptom relief.
