Summary
This study looked at how a high-fat meal and a common stomach-acid drug (omeprazole) change the way the body absorbs and clears selpercatinib, a cancer medication. Twenty healthy adults took single doses under different conditions. The goal was to learn the best way to take the drug for future patients.
