This study is testing whether a simple, non-invasive brain wave recording (EEG) taken within days of a stroke can help predict how well a person will recover. Researchers will record the brain activity of 400 stroke patients and track their recovery over three to six months. The goal is to see if adding EEG information to standard assessments improves the accuracy of predicting long-term outcomes.
