First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a new EEG neurofeedback system called Prism to see if it can reduce PTSD symptoms in 250 US veterans and civilians. Participants will do 15 training sessions over 8 weeks, plus two booster sessions. The study compares real Prism training to a sham version to measure any true benefit on top of usual PTSD care.
