Summary
This study looked back at the medical records of 800 critically ill adults to understand how the length of brain wave monitoring (EEG) affects their diagnosis and treatment. Researchers wanted to find the ideal monitoring time that helps doctors spot important brain events without wasting resources or causing unnecessary complications.
