Brain waves could hold key to tracking tinnitus treatment

Summary
This study aims to find a brain-based way to measure if a tinnitus treatment is working. Researchers will use a special cap to record brain waves from 24 people with tinnitus before and after they use a stimulation device for six weeks. The goal is to see if changes in brain activity match how much their tinnitus symptoms improve.
