Inclusion Criteria: 1. children with sickle cell anemia and visited Ibn Al-Baladi ,Al-Karamah center for hereditary blood diseases 2. age 12-18 years 3. being able to read and write 4. agrees and willing to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria: 1. children who have a history of mental illness 2. children with advanced complications of SCD, such as multi-system organ damage
