Can a simple lesson after surgery stop infections and calm nerves?
NCT ID NCT07172750
Summary
This study aims to see if providing education to patients after urologic surgery improves their attitudes toward preventing catheter-associated urinary tract infections and lowers their anxiety. It will involve 70 male patients who are discharged with a urinary catheter. Researchers will compare outcomes between a group that receives the education and a group that does not.
