Summary

This study tests whether a five-day education program, based on a health promotion model, can improve fertility awareness and preconception knowledge in women aged 18–35 who plan to get pregnant within a year. Participants attend daily 60-minute group sessions for five days. Researchers measure changes in fertility awareness and preconception knowledge using standard questionnaires.
