Back pain breakthrough? study tests if knowledge is the best medicine
NCT ID NCT07017647
Summary
This study tested if adding a patient education program to standard physical therapy could better help people with long-term, non-specific low back pain. It involved 40 adults who had experienced back pain for over six months. Researchers compared the effects of standard treatment alone versus standard treatment plus lessons on pain causes, safe movements, exercises, and prevention strategies.
