Can changing how we think about pain get us moving again?

NCT ID NCT05840302

Summary

This study is testing if a new educational program about the science of pain helps people with long-term low back pain become and stay more physically active. Researchers will compare this new program to a traditional 'back school' approach. They will measure daily steps using a smartwatch and track pain and quality of life for up to a year to see which method works better.
