NCT ID NCT07489209
Summary
This study is testing an investigational injection called EDP167 in adults with a rare, severe genetic condition that causes extremely high cholesterol from birth. The goal is to see if the injections can safely lower 'bad' cholesterol (LDL-C) levels over 24 weeks. Participants will receive two injections during the main study while continuing their standard cholesterol-lowering treatments.
