Summary

This study aimed to understand how the blood-thinning drug edoxaban works in the bodies of Chinese patients with a common heart rhythm disorder called atrial fibrillation. Researchers followed 150 patients taking the drug for 12 weeks, collecting blood samples to measure drug levels and effects. The goal was to create a better model for predicting the right dose for Chinese patients to improve safety and effectiveness.
