New hope for advanced stomach cancer? trial tests combo therapies

Summary
This phase 2 trial tests the safety and effectiveness of new drug combinations, with or without chemotherapy, in people with advanced stomach, GEJ, or esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. About 332 participants will receive treatments including FOLFOX chemotherapy. The goal is to see if these combos shrink tumors and improve survival, while monitoring side effects.
