Summary
This study tests if a drug called edaravone dexborneol can help people who have both a stroke and active cancer recover better. About 144 adults will get either the drug or standard care, and doctors will check their recovery and safety for 30 days. The goal is to find a safer, more effective treatment for this high-risk group.
