New hope for men who Don't respond to ED pills

Summary
This study is testing whether taking a low daily dose of one ED medication (tadalafil) alongside a higher, as-needed dose of another (sildenafil) works better for men whose erectile dysfunction hasn't improved with standard pills alone. Researchers will compare this combination to just taking the as-needed pill with a daily placebo. The goal is to see if the two-drug approach is more effective and safe over a 12-week period.
