NCT ID NCT06889792
Summary
This study is testing if a proactive health program can help prevent chronic diseases. Researchers are enrolling over 1,100 people visiting emergency rooms in Hong Kong who have at least one unhealthy habit. One group gets personalized health advice, weekly text/chat reminders, and short videos for 6 months, while a comparison group gets general health messages, to see which approach better helps people adopt healthier lifestyles.
