First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking two erectile dysfunction drugs together (tadalafil 2.5mg plus sildenafil 25mg) works better than taking a higher dose of just one drug (tadalafil 5mg). About 142 men aged 18 to 70 with ED for at least 3 months will participate. The goal is to see if the combo improves erections more safely and effectively.
