Summary
This study involved 60 men with metabolic syndrome who also had erectile dysfunction and early signs of heart stiffness. Researchers tested whether tadalafil (an ED drug), SGLT2 inhibitors (diabetes medications), or a combination of both could improve sexual function and heart relaxation over three months. The goal was to better understand the link between these conditions and find better treatment options.
