This study is testing whether adding eculizumab to standard steroid therapy helps people having an acute attack of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). Researchers will follow 200 patients in China, comparing those who get eculizumab plus steroids to those who get steroids alone or other immune treatments.
