Tiny implant offers hope for controlling sudden bladder leaks

Summary

This study is evaluating the long-term safety and effectiveness of the eCoin device, a small implant placed near the ankle. It sends gentle electrical pulses to a nerve to help reduce sudden, uncontrollable bladder leaks. The study will follow about 200 adults with this condition for up to five years in a real-world setting.
