Summary
This study compares two blood-thinning medications for patients who need heart-lung machine support after cardiac surgery. Researchers want to see if nafamostat mesilate causes fewer bleeding problems and prevents blood clots better than the standard heparin treatment. The trial will enroll 80 patients to measure safety and effectiveness during their critical recovery period.
