Summary

This study looked at how different nicotine levels in e-cigarettes affect nicotine delivery and smoking behavior. Thirty-three healthy smokers aged 18-55 used e-cigarettes with constant device settings but different e-liquid strengths. Researchers measured nicotine in the blood, puffing patterns, and other effects to understand how e-cigarettes compare to regular cigarettes.
