NCT ID NCT07361107

First seen Jan 24, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This early-phase study looks at how a non-invasive sound wave treatment called histotripsy affects the immune system in 12 people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. Researchers will take blood samples before and after treatment to measure changes in immune T-cells. The goal is to understand if this approach could help make immunotherapy more effective for this type of cancer.
