Summary
This study is testing whether adding an echinacea supplement to standard treatment helps children with weakened immune systems who have a Cryptosporidium infection. Researchers will see if it reduces symptoms and the amount of parasite found in stool samples. The goal is to find a better way to control this difficult infection in a vulnerable group of children.
