NCT ID NCT07407621
Summary
This study is testing if a specific type of strength training, where muscles lengthen under load, is better than traditional training for improving muscle strength and health in inactive, obese women. Researchers will compare the two methods over 8 weeks in 24 participants. The goal is to see which approach leads to better muscle function, fitness, and metabolic health.
